SERVICES FOR WORKERS
Work with Your Doctors:
We accept referrals from your doctor, union, employer, attorney, or others. With the patient's consent, we will provide reports of our evaluation, recommendations and lab reports to your physician.
Occupational Medical Services for Workers:
- Take a complete work history to determine if your illness or injury is work related.
- Diagnose and treat your work related medical problem
- Identify appropriate medical tests
- Work with your other doctors
- Develop a specialized treatment plan
- Provide a disability assessment
- Assist with rehabilitation services
- Answer your questions
- Visit your workplace to identify the problem
- Support you throughout your diagnosis, treatment and recovery
- File the necessary paperwork for your insurance or workers' compensation claims
- Talk to you about sources of income and other services you may be eligible to receive
- Talk to your employer about worksite changes which are needed for a healthy workplace.
- Offer training in relaxation techniques
- Refer you for advice regarding job retraining
- Provide necessary vaccinations
- Offer a course in stress reduction
