Linda Cocchiarella, M.D., MSc- LIOEHC Medical Director
Dr. Cocchiarella is a board certified occupational medicine physician and internist and a faculty member at Stony Brook University. She is also certified to practice acupuncture and worksite wellness. Dr. Cocchiarella has more than 15 years of experience in occupational and internal medicine. She is the author and editor of three nationally recognized books in occupational medicine, including the
AMA's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment- 5th ed.
Physician Assistant
Our physician assistant is trained in occupational medicine and has experience in working with diverse groups, including workers, employers, attorneys and insurance representatives.
Industrial Hygienist
Our Industrial Hygienist has more than 15 years experience in diverse industries. He works with patients, unions and businesses to evaluate occupational and environmental hazards and conduct health and safely training.
Counselor
We have psychologists, one bilingual, who offer counseling for patients and their families requiring assistance with their health problems, its effects on their family and their livelihood. Our staff can further refer them to additional resources such as vocational assessments to support them during their illness.
Nursing Staff
Our Nursing Staff are trained and certified in occupational health testing, including audiometry and pulmonary function tests.
